The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking Jasmine’s English Hub training or e-learning courses (“Terms & Conditions”).
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER BY CLICKING A BOX INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR BY EXECUTING AN ORDER FORM THAT REFERENCES THIS AGREEMENT, OR BY USING OR ACCESSING THIS TRAINING MATERIAL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
COURSE TERMS
After purchasing the Course, you may not be able to begin until the specified Course Start Date (1st of November, 2022). You have 28 days to complete the Course once purchased. Whether or not the Course has been completed by the specified Course End Date, it will expire the following amount of time after purchase.
At the completion of the Course, you will receive a certificate evidencing your participation in, and completion of, the Course.
1. Use of Site
Jasmine’s English Hub provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site.
The Course and any of its accompanying Materials may not be shared with any party. If we suspect that the Course or Materials are being shared and/or that you have shared your log-in information with any party, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Course.
Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
3. User Warranty
As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other test preparation company. The Site and Materials are only for the purpose of helping students.
4. Trademark and Copyright
Jasmine’s English Hub and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Jasmine’s English Hub and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Hyperlinks
Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Jasmine’s English Hub does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
6. No Warranty
Jasmine’s English Hub may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Jasmine’s English Hub, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lower test scores, interruption of services or inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site.
9. Effective Date and Updates
The commencement is effective as of November 6th, 2022 and is subject to change without notice by Jasmine’s English Hub at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
10. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to use this Website, participate in the Course or access any Services contained herein. By participating in the Course, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and may legally agree to this Agreement. Course Provider assumes no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of your age.
11: Assent and Acceptance
By purchasing and participating in the Course, you warrant that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, please cease your participation in the Course immediately. Course Provider only agrees to provide the Course to you if you assent to this Agreement.
